I'm trying to build automation and Rovo agents that will take customer feedback packaged up in a CSV file, and create Ideas in a JPD project. However, I'd like to avoid duplicates as much as possible so if there's already an idea that's similar, instead of creating a new one, I'd like to add an insight to an existing idea.
At the moment, I don't see any actions for managing insights on an existing idea.
