JPD Contributor role redirected to JSM Help Center when accessing the space

I was able to grant a Contributor role to my alternate account in Jira Product Discovery for testing. However, when I paste the JPD space URL while logged into that account, it redirects me to the Jira Service Management Help Center page instead of the Product Discovery space.

Hello Carl, have you checked the permissions on the space and view where you were pasting the URL?  You can have different types of access to your space and view. When there are restrictions, you need to invite the users to that view so they can see it.

I created a group and then I was able to add the test account to it. It looks like it may have just taken a while for it to process

I do have one more question

The issue I have now is that the contributor account is not able to view Delivery work items. What type of access would that account need?
