I wanted to ask if any of you are also having trouble running a trial version or upgrade for JPD?
Every link leads to a dead end.
Since there isn't a service desk yet, I'm hoping one of you can tell me whether the problem is on our end or Atlassian's. Or what the problem might be.

Hi @Vanessa Rose I think you're going to have to raise a support ticket (click on "contact us") - there might be something going on with your site that the support team can investigate

Thanks for the reply.
In the meantime, it turns out that a trial version was apparently tested in the past. Unfortunately, we weren't notified of this. If we had been, it would have been easier to identify the problem. 😅
