The internal votes aren't actually saving, nor the comments when the vote is made.
I tested out a bunch by adding 1 vote, or 3 votes and comment etc. They all saved but once I refreshed, gone and nobody else could see mine.
What could be the reason for this ?

I’ve tested the behavior with both the Creator and Contributor roles and wasn’t able to reproduce it on my end — it’s working as expected for me. This suggests it may be environment- or configuration-specific.
I recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support so the team can investigate your instance directly. You can do this via the in-app Feedback button and selecting “Get help from support.” Please include a short screen recording and the steps to reproduce, as that will help speed up the diagnosis.

Thanks, but nothing seems to be happening when I click on "Submit a support request" in this page. see below screenshot. When I click on that, there is no response from the page.

What is your license level and role for JPD?
Only customers on a paid license level can submit a ticket to Atlassian Support, and for those customers only a person with a Product Admin or Org Admin role may submit tickets.

Thanks for confirming. Please try submitting the support ticket from the link I provided above rather than doing it from inside of Jira's menu options.
