Insights from Intercom?

I just saw this new option in the Insights Impact field options. Is there any documentation on how to use the Insights from Intercom feature? I couldn't find anything searching around. Thanks!

In this case, is Intercom another system?

It would seem there are currently 3 different ways to create insights - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/what-are-insights/ , none of which yet support an external input.
