I just added licenses to my product discovery, but the site doesn't show any available license.

Hello!

There are a couple of potential reasons that you may investigate further:

• Outstanding Payment or Billing Issue - ff there are unpaid invoices or billing problems on the Atlassian site, new licenses may not be activated or visible. Reference: Unable to add Jira Product Discovery to Existing Site Licenses
• Consumed by Default Groups - groups like site-admins or trusted users may automatically be granted product access, consuming all available licenses.
• Provisioning Delay or Backend Issue - sometimes, there is a delay in license provisioning or a backend issue that requires Atlassian Support.

What to do:

• Check Billing Status Go to your Atlassian admin billing section and ensure there are no outstanding invoices or payment issues.
• Review Product Access Settings Go to admin.atlassian.com → Products → Jira Product Discovery → Product access. Make sure only the intended users/groups have access to JPD. Remove unnecessary groups (like site-admins or contributors) from product access if they are not supposed to consume licenses.
• Check User Roles Ensure only the users who need JPD are assigned as “Creators” (who consume a license).
• Wait and Refresh Sometimes changes take a few minutes to propagate. Wait a short while and refresh the page.
