How to set default pinned fields for all users?

Hello,

what is the current status regarding “pinned fields”? I found some older community posts discussing to what extent pinned fields are (or are not) customizable.

We would like to display the same pinned fields by default for all users. Is that possible, or does each user decide individually which fields to pin? Also, how can I find out what the default pinned fields are for new users?

hi,

You can display the same pinned fields for all users by clicking the cogs button and toggling the fields you'd like to pin.

We don't offer customisation per idea or per user.
