How to Remove someone from a published view?

I have published a Product Discovery view and added someone in our organization that does not have a Jira license.  This works properly, but is there a way to now remove someone to whom a view has been published?  I see only an "add" capability.  We can "unpublish" the view, but then everyone that has been added to the published view loses access until the view is again published.

Right now, published views don’t support removing individual people once they’ve been added – you’re correct that the UI only exposes an “add” capability. The only way to revoke access for everyone at once is to unpublish the view, which (as you’ve noticed) also temporarily removes access for all other stakeholders until you publish it again.

I know that’s not ideal for your use case where you want to keep access for most people but revoke it for just one. I’ve logged this feedback with the team as a gap in the published views experience so we can look at supporting per-person removal in the future.

If you’re open to it, can you share a bit more about your scenario (e.g., internal stakeholder vs external customer, and how often you need to revoke access)? That context really helps us shape the next iteration of this feature.

Thanks,

Jet
