Hello,

I wanted to do a question. From the fact that Jira Product Discovery is not compatible with the Jira Cloud mobile app (I think it is ok acording JPD objetive), is there some way to prevent the ideas from being in the mobile app?

As a user involved in various projects across the company and across different products (JIRA Software, Support Desk, JIRA Product Discovery), all the ideas users upload are annoying in the application, especially since they're not compatible. It interferes with important things (support requests, delegated development tasks, etc.).

Any thoughts or information on this?

Thanks!

Hi @Mariano Turcutto

Personally, even though I see the "isn't fully supported" banner when browsing a JPD ticket, I still use the link feature on the mobile app.

For example, when a customer opens a ticket, I can link it to the correct idea using the "is composed by" issue link. I can also browse all the other work items linked to that specific idea.

Ideally, it would be great to have an option to enable or disable specific Jira projects in the mobile app.

Have a nice day,

David

Hi Mariano,

It is not possible to fully remove all references to Jira Product Discovery ideas, especially when they are linked to other Jira work items. We believe that knowing an Epic is connected to an idea is still relevant, but we wouldn't advise you to visualize a matrix on a mobile phone - so we want to make sure you don't miss important information, but mobile isn't the primary device on which you'd create your product roadmap.

Best Regards,
