For Timeline Views, what access is needed for a user to see the Timeline Fields selector at the top?

I have a group of 4 Product Owners, each with access to their own JPD space and we are using Roadmaps to summarize ideas from their 4 spaces.  I am a Site Admin in Jira and an Admin in each of the 4 JPD spaces.  I can view the Timeline Fields and Group by selector boxes and the creator of this particular Roadmap can also see the Timeline Fields and Group by selector boxes, but 3 other Product Owners cannot see the Timeline Fields and Group by selector boxes.  I have tried changing their roles to make each of them Administrator in all 4 spaces, and I have also added Edit capability from the "Roadmap restrictions" in Roadmap Settings and none of these enables those other POs to see the Timeline Fields and Group by selector boxes

What is needed to make that possible?

Hi Scot,

Space permissions don’t affect the visibility of Timeline Fields or the group-by option.  Could you please confirm that these users have been granted edit permissions under Roadmap Restrictions?

Should I expect that all users who have Edit capability should be able to see and manage the Timeline Fields and Group by selector boxes?

Because I had set up all users with Edit capability from the "Roadmap restrictions" in Roadmap Settings from the beginning and we still have this problem.
