Empty State Filtering in Views

Hi, I'm trying to build out some useful views in JPD to articulate when a ticket has an empty field that needs information.

I use a Hyperlink type field for one such info type that would be useful here linking to Design Documentation. As far as I can tell there is no way for me to build a view which is essentially 'Design Documentation field is blank'

Similarly, a view to show that a ticket has no linked Delivery Work Items would be useful but I can't seem to find this.

Are these possible at all?
