Delivery Status for Issue above Epic Hierarchy is not showing up

Hello everyone,

 I need some assistance with an issue we're experiencing in JPD. We are linking a Capability issue type that serves as a roll-up for all Epics. Previously, the delivery status would display the number of Todo, InProgress, and Done items (both issue counts and points). However, this week we found, all these numbers are showing as zeros. Interestingly, when linked to an Epic, the numbers display correctly.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

@Amanda Barber - The roll-up works correctly for level-1 hierarchy, but when it comes to level 2 or beyond, the story point roll-up fails and displays as zeros. However, the issue count functions properly. I have raised a support request bug and hope they will consider the feature request.
