Create a Read-Only customer field in Jira Product Discovery

Hi all!  I want to be able to have my JIRA Delivery Ticket update the GA date for an Idea.  I was trying to use the built in functionality of JPD to sync fields, but I am not given the option to lock the field from being updated in JPD.  I want the source of truth to be the field on the JIRA Delivery Ticket.  

1. Is there a way to make a field on JPD Read-Only
2. Can I use the autofill date functionality to pull data from the delivery ticket or will I need to write a JIRA automation

Hi there, if you use the autofill functionality then that should do the trick - it's always going to show the date from the delivery ticket if there is one.
