Completed Jira Tickets linked to Ideas show different results in Delivery Status column
I have created multiple Ideas in JPD. I have linked each Idea to a separate Jira Work Item - each Idea has one linked Work Item.
Currently, all the work items have been completed, so I would expect all the Ideas to show DONE in the Delivery Status column. However, for some ideas it shows as Done, but others show the 3 coloured story point circles. Can anyone confirm why this is?
