Capturing customer ideas

Looking for advice - what is the best way to enable customers to submit their own ideas?

JPD cannot be made public so customers can create submit ideas, and that is why Atlassian created Feedback which can be used to capture it and you can then turn it into ideas in JPD.

When is it due out?

I couldn't find when it will be out, but it is currently in EAP so I would expect it to be available within about 6 months based on previous experience. I would join the waitlist, that way you can join the EAP and be notified when it will be GA.

An option you can explore is using a marketplace app like Released

It allows you to create a portal to share your roadmap and collect feedback directly on the roadmap or through various other channels.
