Automation with Custom Field

Hello! I'm trying to set automation on a custom name field. I'd like to automatically add these users as Watchers on the Discovery ticket when they are added to the custom name field. Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!

For a question like this, context is important for the community to help.  Please post the following:

• an image of your complete automation rule in a single image for continuity
• images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches
• an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution
• explain what is not working as expected and why you believe that to be the case

Until we see those...

When your custom field is a user-picker field, you could iterate / branch over the values to add each one as a watcher using the Manage Watcher action.
