I have a standard Form for opening a ticket on a JSM Data Center. In this form the title of the filed "Affected User" ist displayed but there is no Field shown only a separation line. The permissions allow licenced users and administrators to browse users and groups. Am I missing somethig since it is a standard Form provided by JSM?
Any help will be appreciated.
