Adding an extra category to JPD product roadmap cards

Hi Everyone,

I have recently started using JPD. I would like to add an extra category to the JPD product roadmap cards to show 'delivery pathway.' I have added a free text column in the 'all ideas' section already. How can I pull this information across so that it also displays on the cards in the product roadmap view?

Hi @Deepa Galaiya

In Jira Product Discovery, the fields shown on roadmap cards are controlled by the view configuration, not automatically by what you add in the “All ideas” list.

How to show your “Delivery Pathway” field:

1. Open your Product roadmap view.
2. Click ••• (More) → Configure view.
3. Under Card layout, go to Fields and toggle on your custom field (the one you created in “All ideas”).
4. Save your roadmap cards will now display that field.

If you want better filtering and grouping, consider using a single-select field instead of free text.
