Add a date using a calendar in custom fields defaults

I have configured a special test ticket type with a specific table. But I would like to insert in the Status column, between the "panel" and calendar type date elements directly from the custom default field settings. From manual addition, it would be like //date(enter), but directly from the configured field what should I write?
