The different types of users: creators, contributors and stakeholders

Hello, 

New to Product Discovery, moved from Airfocus in favour of this tool. Can you help me get access to the Stakeholder option in Product Discovery? I need to provide a form all employees (who do not have access to Jira) so they can submit product and feature ideas? Currently managing through Slack.

@Tanguy Crusson I have already discussed the following with Atlassian support.

Open and Limited-access projects are visible to any user with a Jira license (e.g., anyone who has access to Jira).

Jira admins don’t have sufficient control to set projects to Limited access permanently, as JPD project admins can modify access at any time.

Atlassian needs to provide tools that allow admins to manage access, override user settings if necessary, and prevent JPD admins from altering access permissions.

Most projects are usually visible to internal users, but granting Jira licenses to external users creates complications with access control. External users should typically have Limited access, and we don’t want them to have default access to JPD projects just by granting them Jira licenses.

Currently, the only solution is to set the project to Limited access, but this is ineffective if JPD admins can change those settings.
