jira account to log ticket on ExaCC

Hi Experts,

How can I create a jira account to access following on ExaCC Gen2 issues?

Welcome to Mission Control 1

ask me to "Not a member? To request an account, please contact your Jira administrators. ", But I am not able to find out admin email.

This appears to be an internal instance for your company (as the url is not available outside) :)

Who your site administrators are is a bit of guess to us so I'd suggest to see if you have an internal IT Servicedesk to see if they can redirect you to the product owner and get you an account in the system.
