integrate automation test script to manual jira test case status change

"the task is we have jira and there is a issue created on that it is a manual test case. and we have automation test script written with selenium framework also for automation testing. our testing module is as a example Facebook login . so automation test script is written for fb log in page. so we need when the automation script run then fb login will be automated and if the test is pass the manual test case/ issue that is created on Jira also should be changed as pass. and when after test script run and it's failed to automate the fb login that means test failed that manual test case on jira status should be changed to failed"
