how to integration JIRA service desk with confluence ?

We can't display the status for this application link, because outgoing authentication is disabled.You can enable outgoing authentication to see the status.

Loggin as admin

then go to Application

Then under integrations

select Application links

paste the confluence link then follow the https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks060/oauth-security-for-application-links-831660210.html

I know that servicedesk links to confluence through "app links" , do servicedesk and confluence links have to have Oauth2.0 enabled ? but we have not Oauth2.0 server , or is it the other way around?
