Subscription Emails

Good Morning Community,

I’m wondering – I have a subscription set up to a filter which I have created but I want to be able to send to multiple reporters in the project and cannot seem to be able to do it.

I see in previous comments on other questions there needs to be a global setting added but im just not sure what im doing.

Can anyone help?

Hi @Jason Lane 

I've done a little digging, and this link will take you to Jira's documentation on working with search results.  If you scroll down it talks about subscribing.  The permission you need to have to be able to specify a group of recipients is Manage group filter subscriptions

This link will take you to the permissions documentation, which will talk you through how to apply the permission if you don't have it.

Its worth mentioning that you need to be a site or Jira admin to grant yourself the permission - if you're not you'll need to reach out to your admin.
