New to Jira

John here. Iam new to Jira and have been tasked with setting up the Jira Service Management account for our company. Taking the free courses right now but I am sure I'll lots of questions later on.

I too was new to the tool, just one of my jobs was to set up the tool from scratch for my company. I have been working with it for 3 months now and I assure you that many of the community will help you as they helped me in the beginning.
