New to JSM- Issue import dates

Hello:

Trying to create a lot of "issues" that have due dates.  Keep getting an error message that "cannot parse dates" - unsure how to fix it.

Originally had as 12/02/23, changed to text field as 2023.12.23, neither worked.

New to this -any importing dates for dummies suggestions?  Need to go back an update a lot of issues that were imported.

Hi @Avi Fichman and welcome to the community,

You have to make sure that you are importing the same date format to your import wizard as the one on your csv file. Open your csv file with a text editor (not excel) and cross check it.
