New in group not to JSM

Hi All,

I started using Jira and Confluence around 2009, I don't remember the exact time.

JSM I used for the first time when it started out as an app Time to SLA, we had that in our instance. That later got bought by Atlassian and turned into JSM.

Since then I have been working with the toolset on consultancy basis and the last year as a full internal admin and agile specialist
