I’m Zuzanna from Deviniti. Our Product Design team is exploring an early-stage idea for teams working with contractual SLAs in Jira Service Management, and we’d love to learn from people with hands-on experience.
We’re looking to speak with JSM admins, service desk managers, and teams responsible for SLA performance for a 45-/60-minute user interview.
This is not a sales call. We’re simply trying to understand how teams currently identify and handle high-risk cases.
