I have been working in Jira Service Management for a year & half to two years.  With a BA in Computer Science, I joined the work force when the field was saturated so did not start in the IT world until later but have finally found my home as a developer.

@nano.space Thank you!  My first true solo project was a monster.  Current Jira developers were shocked by the scale of my first project.  I certainly had wonderful leadership & support, which enabled my success.
