Hi Everyone, we are 1 year into Jira ITSM. It was stood up quickly to replace an out of support ticketing system.
Very basic functionality at the moment and is fine. But we would like to start tracking service tickets by location and prepopulating some fields or even the Description field with data based on what is selected.
For example. If I choose from a custom field LOCATION: a list is exposed or is searchable to choose say Datacenter in California and by choosing that location it populates other custom fields OR the DESCRIPTION field with relevant data that is from either some a file import or through a call?
