I have used Jira Service Management for about 5 years

We use JSM as BPM system , comprehensive solution including Insight + eazyBI + automation + Scriptrunner .

We love JSM and live the heavy rock metal style advertisement of JSM .

It integrates BPMN modeling and automation directly into Jira, making process management even more structured and scalable. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
