Hi to everyone in the group!
I'm Fede Baronti, the Customer Support Specialist at DEISER.
I've been working with JSM for a few years now (formerly JSD), and I can assure you I'm really happy with how everything works with this app. It indeed makes me scratch my head about new ways to make information clearer for our customers and our team, but in the end, there is always a solution. And If I can't find it, from now on, I'll reach this group for some help. Needless to say, that I'll try to help you guys with any questions, too!
