New: Save draft updates for your Focus areas!

Hi community,

We know that crafting a good focus area update takes time, effort and collaboration.

We’re excited to share that drafts are now supported for Focus area updates, allowing you to save your work and pick up right where you left off.

How it works

Save, edit and discard drafts: You can save a draft, come back and pick up where you’ve left off or discard your draft.

Drafts are visible to editors: Only those with edit permissions for the Focus area will be able to see the draft, allowing you to collaborate with your team and pick up where someone else left off.

Why are we making this change?

We’ve heard your feedback that you’d like to be able to draft your updates throughout the week so that you can:

• jot down notes throughout the week to keep track of what’s happened,

• prepare all your updates in advance then post when you’re ready with all the latest details,

• allow for multiple contributors to draft the update together.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. This feature will rollout for all customers in coming week.
