how configure crowd.properties and seraph-config.xml? where to find this 2 files in fisheye install dir?

Crowd SSO integration for FishEye/Crucible is different from JIRA and Confluence. You have to edit the $FISHEYE_INST/config.xml file as detailed on the following page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/connecting-to-crowd-813695565.html#ConnectingtoCrowd-Singlesign-on(SSO)withCrowd

There is no need for manual editing of any configuration files. 

Also, it has fallback to normal login or SAML
