Hi,
I'm stuck. I'm not sure what I did. My fisheye/crucible installation was stuck on the indexing the SVN. So I tried to stop the process. But it never stopped. So I rebooted the server where I have Jira and Confluence as well as standalone apps. After the reboot, Jira and Confluence came up normally but fisheye/crucible doesn't start up. I'm running this in Ubuntu and don't now how to diagnose or what to do?
Please help me get back my fisheye/crucible.
Thanks,
Carlos
You'll need to supply us with some log files at least.
Do you know where your FISHEYE_INST directory is located? In there is the var/log/fisheye.debug files (or something to that effect)
If you haven't definied this environment variable it is probably just under your fisheye installation directory
Take a look and see if you can find the logs. I'd suggest removing (backingup) the existing logs and doing a fresh bootup and posting any exceptions that are in the logs
