I have an SVN repository with multiple projects. Should I import this to FishEye as a single repository, or a separate repository for each project?
It seems like some aspects of FishEye are geared toward having a single project per repository (e.g. it combines all branches from all projects into a single list).
But on the other hand, adding separate repositories requires a lot more maintenance. What's the recommended approach?
Hi,
I'm just linking the other Answers topic https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/18811509 as I think part of the answer for this is contained in it.
In addition allow me to mention that the layout decision is up to you, but as mentioned at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Best+practices+for+FishEye+configuration, in the point 5.Split your repositories into logical components if you can, it may be a good idea having your repository split if you have projects under it, for a better organization and individual performance for each of them.
