we have terminated hosting of FishEye and Crucible in the Atlassian cloud service 3 years ago. It does not absolutely mean that products are discontinued - you just need to install them on your own server. In case you don't have your own machine, you may try to install it on another cloud provider - Amazon EC2 for instance. Please bear in mind that cannot guarantee solving performance issues in virtualised environments (we recommend to select VM with as fast I/O as possible).
FishEye and Crucible are actively developed products - we publish about 4 major releases per year.
