People are not able to add me as reviewer

i am visible to others as they can see me but when they click on done or start review then nothing happens.

There are so many users created with my name but their user id is different.

no i am neither an author not moderator of that review

Can you please check if at the same time you aren't an Author or Moderator of that review? Because it's not allowed.
