How do I print reviews from Crucible?

We're very new to Atlassian tools and would like to use Crucible to satisfy Quality-system requirements (i.e. get credit for the reviews we're doing). 

Presumably this means turning our reviews into something printer friendly.  You can “download” a review as text, but it’s basically just review comments dumped per line without info if they’re resolved and there’s no diff or anything.

There's a very old plugin for version 2.x for reporting with Crucible but we’re on version 4.5 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE027/Crucible+Reporting+plugin)

We use Windows (but have a lot of developers using Ubuntu so could probably make a Linux solution work).

Any advice?
