Fisheye repository is completely empty

I added my repo in FishEye and successfully tested the connection.

It is Running, but even after a full re-clone/re-index, no commits/files/tags/etc are shown.

Can somebody help me?

EDIT: I do not have any log files, only a deleteme.txt. That concerns me. I'm running FE 3.8.0

Hi Hans,

did you check the fishey logfile? fecru-inst/var/log/atlassian-fisheye-2015-12-01.log

Moreover, could you provide more info about fisheyey version?
