Hi Guys, I have Fisheye configured with our Internal Jira for authentication. Today the Fisheye server was restarted and since then the fisheye portal web page is not loading up.
When I restart the fisheye service the logs show the fisheye server has been successfully started, see below:
--------------------------
Connection Details
--------------------------
Site URL : https://fisheye.company.com
2017-08-08 13:55:50,733 WARN [qtp835468924-129 ] com.atlassian.oauth.serviceprovider.internal.AuthenticatorImpl OAuthProblemUtils-logOAuthProblem - Problem encountered authenticating OAuth client for url "https://fisheye.company.com/rest/remote-link-aggregation/latest/aggregation", error was "consumer_key_unknown", with parameters "{oauth_problem=consumer_key_unknown}"
But the page never loads up. I see the problem above about the "consumer_key_unknown " I checked on our internal jira and it shows that the application link is broken, I tried to re-create it but no luck. Since I am locked out of fisheye portal how can I restore the default login?
I'm not sure what exact problem are you facing:
If the former, it may be hard to help you by using this portal, it's going to be the best if you contact support at http://getsupport.atlassian.com/ to get help.
If the latter then FishEye has master Administrator account. You can use it to restore applinks. In order to login as Administrator principal, please go to https://fisheye.company.com/admin . If you don't remember the password, here's an instruction how to reset it.
