Fisheye doesn't fetch latest changesets while indexing is running

It seems like Fisheye doesn't fetch latest changesets while indexing is running. I am running initial index operation on a big Perforce repository. The index operation is in progress for last three days. I am seeing latest activity till index operation was started, but no activity or changesets after that period. On Perforce server side, I see 'p4 changes -m1' requests coming from the Fisheye system, but no updated information in the UI or activity stream. Is that expected?

It seems like FishEye doesn't show new commit activity after the indexing starts. It showed latest activity after the indexing completed.
