Fisheye can't connect to SVN repository

when creating a SVN repository in fisheye and click Test connection, there is error as below

Fisheye and SVN can work well before. It only broken yesterday suddenly.

Fisheye version is 4.4.0

Visual SVN version is 3.9

Password and username is surely correct. we use this to commit via tortoise.

Also SVN is using windows authentification and https protocol

Pls help to debug. Thanks very much
