Fisheye Crucible fails to start up

yesterday i tried to visit my fecru adress, suddenly i found it occered an error, then i viewed the fisheyeout.log,the error message said:

lock already locked

another instance of fisheye and crucible seems to be running

 

so how do i  figure out the question?

Hi zhou,

Could you paste the exact log messages from fisheyeout.log file? Is the fisheye port already used by another application? Do you have 2 versions(instances) of fisheye Crucible are talking to one database? Please provide more info if possible
