Fisheye 3.7 LDAP Authentication options aren't present

I am administrating a Fisheye + Crucible server version:3.7.0 Build:20150127093303 2015-01-27.  I want to switch from Crowd to LDAP for authentication. According to this this page I should have an option "Set up LDAP" under Security Settings / Authentication. The problem is I don't. Any ideas where or how I can authenticate with my AD server?

I had to remove the JIRA/Crowd authentication first in order to see the LDAP option.
