Fish eye is too slow to load

Hi Team,

I am new to config activities. Fisheye is loading very slow and some time not able to access it. Iam getting the below error log. can any one help on this.

(OS 10061)No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.  : proxy: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8060 (localhost) failed

proxy: Error reading from remote server returned by /json/cru/CR-7282/reviewUpdatedAjax

[error] proxy: HTTP: disabled connection for (localhost)

 

Please help on this
