ERROR - Problem starting FishEye and Crucible: org.apache.lucene.store.LockReleaseFailedException: Cannot forcefully unlock a NativeFSLock which is held by another indexer component: /export/home/fisheye/fecru-2.7.8/cache/globalfe/
I get the above error when I start fisheye from the Solaris SMF system. If I start fisheye manually from the command line it starts fine. I really need it to start automatically on boot via the SMF system. How can I get around the above error?
I'm currently starting fisheye as root both ways (in SMF, and on command line).
Thank you.
Hi
I run into the same problem after upgrading to mySQL and entering the license keys.
I solved it by wiping out the cache:
1. Delete the folder:
<FISHEYE_INST>/var/cache/<Repository_Name>
2. Delete the contents of these folders:
<FISHEYE_INST>/cache/globalfe
<FISHEYE_INST>/cache/cruidx
<FISHEYE_INST>/cache/plugins
3. Start Crucible/Fisheye
