Do I have to upgrade server software when I upgrade license?

I have a standalone server on a closed environment with a 100 user Fisheye license and a 5 user starter license for Crucible. I received a quote for a 100 user Crucible license for software version 4.2.1.20161109135523

I provided this software version in my request for the quote so I assume it will work without requiring an upgrade but need to be sure before purchasing.
