Defect classification Mandatory in Crucible

can we make defect classificaiton mandatory in crucible or can we set it to a default value ?

the basic idea is not to set the defect classification with a default value, beacuse this will take the ranking away whether it is major or minor. Though it's generally a good practise to keep the defect classification mandatory.
