We have reached the user limit on our crucible license, but there are considerable people who are not regular users who are filling up the licensed user limit, can we run some SQL or process that would mark them as inactive and not using the license allocation. I dont want to lock them out as they may in the future want to log in ?
Additionally is there something I can run that will remove all users who have not used the system in a year, and does this corrupt or invalidate the review history ?
Maybe you can try to disable some user in the table cru_user to set "cru_fisheye_enabled" or "cru_crucible_enabled" to 'f' which will help you to reduce the active user compte in the licence.
For the second one, currently it is not possible..... sorry about that.
